A New Book – FOR ONE SHARED EARTH

Daphne and I have been collaborating on a children’s picture book called FOR ONE SHARED EARTH, which aims to inspire environmental stewardship. After sharing it with some advance readers to gather their thoughts, we’re delighted with their positive responses. Today, I completed the final edits for the front and back covers. The publisher, 12 Willows Press, has officially listed the book on their website, along with a “sell sheet” to give readers and interested companies a glimpse of what the book is all about.

What is Environmental Stewardship?

Environmental stewardship refers to the responsible care and management of the natural world through conservation and sustainable practices. It involves actions to protect ecosystems, reduce pollution, and foster biodiversity.

We all share a collective duty to look after our planet. While we may live in separate countries and within defined borders, our actions have far-reaching effects on other parts of the world. For example, our five oceans are interconnected—what happens in one impacts the others. In reality, there is just one ocean. This interconnectedness extends to land masses, continents, and even humanity itself. We must tread carefully and care for our shared Earth.

FOR ONE SHARED EARTH will be launched early in April just in time for Earth Day. Check For One Shared Earth | 12 Willows Press for more information.
